Brew Day March 18 2012
All grain Oktoberfest Marzen.
Mash Tun, steeping the grains to make the wort.
6 Gallons of wort ready to boil
Boiling the wort with hops added.
Using the immersion wort chiller to cool down the wort.
Post boil or original gravity OG readings
Aerating the wort for yeast pitching.
Fermentation begins in an old modified fridge at 50 degrees.
